DTI expands presence to Europe and hires Laurent Vacher as business development manager
September 13, 2022/Mishawaka, IN – DTI, the U.S.-based innovator of noise and vibration control solutions, has added Laurent Vacher to grow the business in the region.
Since 1989, DTI has designed, developed and manufactured high performing, light-weight noise and vibration control solutions using its deep technical expertise and innovative material science approach. Many models of new production Gulfstream, Textron and Boeing aircraft incorporate DTI technology to reduce cabin noise issues.
“For a company who specializes in keeping things quiet, we decided it was time to make some noise in Europe,” said Adam Parin, president and CEO of DTI. “Our products, quality, and on-time delivery have a track record of excellent performance on a wide variety of aircraft, and we’re confident that there is a market for us here among both manufacturers and completion centers.”
To introduce the European market to DTI’s products and services, the company has added Laurent Vacher as business development manager. Based in Toulouse, France, Laurent Vacher specializes in marketing high value products to the aerospace industry. DTI also participated in its first two European trade shows, EBACE in Geneva and Aircraft Interiors Expo in Hamburg, to help solidify its European presence.
“Laurent has a strong background in aviation, and his skills are perfectly suited to helping us identify opportunities and offer solutions,” added Parin. “We’re excited to introduce our products to Europe and to welcome new clients to the DTI family.”
