Adam M. Parin
President, CEO + Board Member Contact AdamAdam M. Parin has been involved with DTI since it was founded by his father, Michael, in 1989. Over the years, Adam has held various positions at DTI, including Project Engineer and Director of Operations where he oversaw the Research & Engineering and Manufacturing divisions. Today, as President and CEO, Adam utilizes his combination of technical, manufacturing, and business experience to lead the business and continuously innovate DTI’s solutions. Adam graduated with honors from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology with a BS in Mechanical Engineering (concentration in Solid Mechanics) and worked as an Engineer for Honda R&D Americas prior to returning to DTI.
Adam enjoys spending his free time with his wife, Krista, and their three boys – whether it be traveling, skiing or simply being outside. A lifelong hockey player, Adam volunteers his time coaching youth hockey in the winter.
Mark Engdahl
Director of Finance Contact MarkMark joined the DTI team in December 2021 and is responsible for DTI’s Finances and Accounting. Mark has over 30 Years of Experience in Finance and Accounting covering the Aerospace, Faucet and Manufactured Housing/RV industry. Prior to DTI, Mark worked at Honeywell for 20+ years and held positions covering operational and business financial management.
Mark earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Indiana University and his MBA from Notre Dame. Mark has been married for 25+ years, has two children, and enjoys playing golf, basketball, and family gatherings.
Matt Butner
Vice President of Research, Development + Engineering Contact MattMatt joined the DTI team in June of 2011 and is responsible for DTI’s Research and Engineering department. He has a background in structural dynamics and has worked extensively in consulting and product development at DTI.
Matt earned his Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Kentucky and his Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University. Matt enjoys cycling, running, travel, and spending time with his wife Melissa and their three young children.
Kevin Osborn
Director of Operations Contact KevinKevin Osborn joined the DTI team in November of 2016 and is responsible for DTI’s production operations. Kevin has 30 years of engineering and manufacturing operations experience. Prior to DTI, Kevin worked for Colson Group and L.A Darling Company.
Kevin earned his bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University and MBA from Arkansas State University. Kevin and his wife Sheila grew up in Ft Wayne, IN, raised two daughters in Arkansas and now reside in St Joseph MI. Kevin enjoys designing and building mobile and residential solar power generation and storage systems.
Zach Gothan
Quality Manager Contact ZachZach joined the DTI team in April 2018 and is responsible for the Quality Management System, AS9100 compliance, and continual improvement. With 14 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Lean Manufacturing, and process improvement, Zach has a strong background in his field. Prior to joining DTI, Zach worked in the medical implant and instrument field as a supplier or consultant for companies such as Zimmer Biomet, Stryker, and DePuy Synthes.
Zach is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Management from Grantham University. He grew up in Bourbon, IN, and enjoys cycling, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and hiking with his wife, Jodi, and their children.
